I have made a fantastic new discovery: So Delicious Coconut Milk "Icecream"! It is delicious dairy free, soy free, rice free creamy goodness. Being a somewhat lactose intolerant, somewhat allergic, sometimes vegan, milk avoider, I am always looking for a tasty alternative to ice cream and this is it! It comes in coconut, cookie dough, chocolate mint, chocolate and vanilla bean flavours. It is true that you can never quite get away from the coconut flavour, but that is not necessarily a bad thing! And, not only does it taste good, it is super healthy.
I can't wait until the Coconut Milk and Coconut Yogurt products also make it my way.
